Return and exchange policy

If the product is damaged (improper use or installation of the product, etc.) within the day when you sign for the goods, [China Direct] will unconditionally handle the return service for you. Note: the freight in the return will be borne by the customer himself.
[China Direct] promises that we will provide unconditional return service within 7 days from the date when the customer signs for the goods, provided that the goods and packaging remain the original state and complete accessories when they are sold in China Direct Mall. We will refund the returned goods to your electronic account in M-PESA within 24 hours. You can check the refund receipt information in your M-PESA.
Special instructions:
1. Goods damaged due to your personal reasons (improper use or installation of products, etc.) will not be returned.
2. The goods in the gift package or suit cannot be partially returned. If some goods need to be exchanged, please choose the goods with the same value.

Procedures for returning goods
1. First of all, you must fill in all kinds of information on the express parcel correctly, including:
A) Your name, address and contact information
B) your order number
C) return or exchange?
D) Name and quantity of the goods to be returned and exchanged, and reasons for returning/exchanging.
If the above information is missing, we may not be able to handle the exchange for you; At the same time, you should ensure that the information you fill in is true, accurate and legal, and will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If you fill in the information incorrectly, you will not be able to return or delay the return or cause disputes among other legitimate third parties, [China Direct] will not be responsible; If this causes a third party to claim rights from China Direct, [China Direct] will reserve all rights to recover from you.
2. Please send the goods that need to be returned, the completed [China Direct] shopping mall return slip, the goods delivery slip and invoice (if any) in the original package to [China Direct] shopping mall by package or express delivery. 3. After receiving your package, we will conduct quality inspection on the returned goods, and then return the goods according to your requirements.
If the goods are exchanged, we will send out the goods you need within 48 hours after receiving your package. If the goods you need are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, and then send them out or replace them with other goods with your consent.
If the goods are returned, the refund will be returned to your M-PESA electronic account within 24 hours, and you can check it in your M-PESA.
